To Activate:
1. Take 5 quick short puffs. Wait 2 seconds. Start vaping.
2. The Nasty PX10 kit turns off after 10 minutes of inactivity. To turn on, simply repeat step 1.

Where is my order dispatched from?
All orders are dispatched from New Zealand. Primarily, orders are sent from our central warehouse in Matamata. However, under certain circumstances, if stock isn’t available in our warehouse, your order might be dispatched from one of our retail outlets.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated Delivery Time for New Zealand:
Non-rural Areas: 1-2 business days
Rural Areas: 2-4 business days
Although we strive for overnight delivery for all parcels, this timeframe is targeted, not guaranteed.
Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, we don’t provide this service.
Is every parcel tracked?
Yes. All dispatched parcels are tracked. For your security, avoid sharing your tracking number. We aren’t responsible for any unauthorized alterations to your parcel.
Which courier service do you use for delivery?
We utilize NZPost for all deliveries within New Zealand and DHL for all deliveries to Australia.
Do you provide Saturday or Same Day delivery?
At this moment, these services are not available.
Why might you dispatch from your retail outlets?
To ensure our customers have access to our complete product range, we may choose to send your order from one of our retail outlets if the warehouse is out of stock. For more information, please visit our FAQ.
Is ID verification necessary to receive my parcel?
Since our parcels bear an Age Restricted label, NZPost drivers may require age verification upon delivery. If you are picking up your parcel from the depot, remember to carry your ID.”

1. Compliance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Our warranty is in full compliance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA), ensuring your rights as a consumer are upheld. In any case of inconsistency between this warranty and the CGA, the CGA will take precedence, except where you do not qualify as a "consumer" under the CGA.
According to the CGA, you are considered a “consumer” if you purchase goods from Just Vape for personal, domestic, or household use. If the products are bought for commercial purposes such as trade, production, manufacturing, repair, or processing, you are not classified as a consumer under the Act.
The CGA guarantees that goods must be free from defects and perform as described, while services must be provided with due care and expertise. These Consumer Guarantees apply when goods or services are sold to consumers. The length of these guarantees varies, depending on factors such as the product's price, quality, and any claims made at the time of sale.
2. Fit for Purpose
Our products are intended solely for the purpose they are designed for. Please choose carefully, as we are not obligated to offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind after the purchase.
3. Quality Assurance
If a product does not meet acceptable quality standards (as defined by the CGA), it is essential to inspect for durability, safety, and defects before use. Any concerns must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
To assess quality, consider the product type, price, any statements made by the manufacturer, and any disclosed defects at the time of purchase. Goods must not be discarded, damaged, altered, or lost after delivery, as this will void any claim.
4. Warranty Exemptions
Certain products are not covered under warranty, including the following:
- Coils, Pods, Tanks, Cartridges, Mouthpieces, E-liquids: These consumable items, which require regular replacement during use, are not eligible for replacement or refund once opened, unless damaged during transit.
- Batteries: Battery performance naturally declines over time. No warranty covers degradation due to regular usage, improper charging, or complete discharge. Battery lifespan and performance vary across devices.
- Misuse and Mishandling: Any damage or faults caused by improper use or mishandling are not covered under warranty.
- Rebuildable Atomizers (RDA, RDTA, RTA): These items require assembly and are intended for experienced users. No warranty applies once purchased.
- Heat Not Burn Products: Warranty does not cover tobacco staining, odors, or other outcomes of regular use. The warranty is void if non-tobacco substances are used.
- Grinders: Grinders are intended solely for tobacco use unless specified otherwise. Damage caused by grinding other substances is not covered.
- Glass Items: No warranty applies to glass products, such as shisha pipes or bowls, once they have been used. Damage upon arrival must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Detox & Flush Kits: These products are not covered by warranty. Their effectiveness depends on personal factors, which are beyond our control. Our recommendations are based solely on manufacturer guidelines.
Exceptions apply as per the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Please note that warranty details are accurate at the time of purchase but may be subject to change. In some cases, products may feature an engraved Just Vape logo for warranty purposes.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including for warranty claims.
